Why is my tap still dripping after I've turned it off?
Usually a worn washer or cartridge inside the tap. It's a quick fix for a Gas Safe registered plumber and worth sorting early, a slow drip adds up on your water bill.
What should I do if I have a burst pipe?
Turn off your stopcock immediately to stop the water, then call us. If it's near electrics, switch off the power at the consumer unit if it's safe to do so.
Why does my toilet keep running?
Usually a worn flush valve or float mechanism inside the cistern not sealing properly. We can normally replace the part in a single visit.
